At Princess-Made, every item is thoughtfully handmade with care and attention to detail. We want you to love your purchase, and if something isn't right, we're here to help.

Change of Mind

As each item is handmade, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please read product descriptions carefully before placing your order.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item

Once assessed, we will arrange an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, repair, refund, or store credit where required under Australian Consumer Law.

Custom & Personalised Orders

Custom-made or personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive faulty or do not match the agreed specifications.

Return Conditions

Where a return is approved, items must:

  • Be unused and in their original condition

  • Include any original packaging where possible

  • Be returned within the timeframe provided

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
